- Municipalities have recently amended their zoning by-laws to allow for most residential zones to have up to 2 or 3 dwelling units per property.

Your designer will communicate with you on each revision, making changes until you are satisfied with the final design
The drawings are completed, thoroughly reviewed, and readied for submission to your local Building Department
