Personalize An Existing House Plan

All of our house and garage plans can be modified to fit your specific needs. This can even include changing the entire exterior style. Please fill out our Get a Quote Form and specify the House Plan Number and desired changes. We will get back to you with a fixed price quote for the revised house plans. Some examples of changes are below

Add or Remove Square footage by adjusting width or depth.

Add or Remove Bedrooms, Bathrooms, etc.

Add or Remove Garage Bays

Add additional outdoor living space on decks and porches.

Change the exterior style from Modern to Tranditional etc.
